He was friendly and knowledgeable, was able to easily explain my car's issues and what essential work was required and at what cost. He quickly carried out the repairs and had my car on the road again in no time. This is the first time I've had Ace out for repair work, but have had them out for regular servicing on several occasions previously. They have always turned up as scheduled and the service provided was top notch. Definitely recommended.

Bad communication by the mechanic who could not explain what was actually wrong with the car, how much it would cost and why parts needed to be replaced. Absolutely no urgency and bad customer service.
